No! We screen all applications and call suitable applicants to discuss the role and make them aware who the end employer is. Your details are only sent to a client once both you and your Consultant agree to do so.
No, we only present the details you already provided to us.
This could be for any number of reasons. Sometimes clients are specific about industry sector experience. For example, they might only want to see candidates with a certain amount of industry experience. It could also be based on the information we hold on you, whereby they don’t think that you would be interested in the role. For example, if you told us that you were looking for a minimum of X and the vacancy is paying less. If in doubt then please call and we can double check. Rest assured if we can put you forward for a position, we will do so!
Externaliser is not only a recruitment portal but it’s also a highly reputable recruitment agency, with an array of expertise at our disposal. We have in-depth market knowledge and fantastic network relations meaning we will be aware of many vacancies that are not advertised, providing more opportunities for you. We also manage your application and will liaise with the client on your behalf. Externaliser can also give CV feedback, interview advice and negotiate salaries at offer stage.
Of course! You can apply for as many roles as you consider you suitable for. If you get an offer from more than one client, then the decision will be yours as to which one you accept.
